Registration: All Buyers Must Register and Provide Proof of Funds and Proper ID.

Bidding: Auctioneer determines bid increments. The seller reserves the right to bid to protect their interest. When the Minimum Bid is reached the Auctioneer Can Confirm the Bid call the salel closed.

Buyers Premium: A 5% buyers premium will be charged.

The buyers premium is 5 of the Bid price. This means that your bid will be multiplied by 5% buyer premium and the 5% buyers premium added to the bid price to calculate the total purchase price.

Example: your bid is $200,000.00 times 5% buyers premium = $10,000.00 +200,000.00 total purchase price is $210,000.00

Deposit on Real Estate: A deposit of 10% of the high bid amount is required. ALL BIDDERS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF FUNDS TO CLOSE WITH IN 30 DAYS. The deposit is to be by Cashiers check or Official Bank Check. Made Payable to Swift Real Estate Specialists, Inc.

Closing: The balance of the purchase price is due and closing must be completed on or before 30days from the bid acceptance date.

Transfer of Title: The real estate will be conveyed by a general warranty deed.

Bidder Package: Bidder Package available from the Auction Company.
